Terms of use at Brutal Casino

About these terms

Using the site means agreeing to the rules below. They are written to be read, so we kept them short.

Your account

Choose a strong password and never share it. Support will never ask you for it.

Bonus rules

Each promotion lists its own rules, which apply alongside these terms.

Age and residence

Players must be 18 or older. Duplicate accounts are closed and their balances reviewed.

Paying in and cashing out

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid within 12 hours. Your bank or wallet may add its own processing time.

Limits and self-exclusion

Gamble only with money you can afford to lose. Limits take effect immediately; raising them takes effect after a cooling period.

Identity checks

Documents are checked once and stored securely. Payouts can wait until verification is complete.

Suspension and closure

Fraud, bonus abuse or multiple accounts lead to suspension. We explain the reason in writing.

Updates

Material changes are announced before they apply. The site operates under licence Gambling Authority d'Antigua-et-Barbuda 2410.
